We are a completely volunteer-run organization. If you have skills and enthusiasm that you think might help our organization, we’d love to hear from you! Or, inquire about the following volunteer opportunities:
- Staffing our Event Info Tent: give out information, receive new memberships.
Events include Canada Day, and Seniors Day events at Hastings Community Centre, and the Hastings-Sunrise Summer Kick-off, among others. - Helping to maintain electronic updates, such as newsletter creation, Parkwatch reports, etc.
- Participating on our Board or a working committee of the Board; do you have bookkeeping or financial management skills? Leadership experience? Administrative or computing skills? Communications skills? We can use all of these!
- Helping with other projects as needed.
