A Notice & Request from the National Association of Japanese Canadians

(Note please contact the NAJC directly for comments or questions about this project)

The National Association of Japanese Canadians has worked for years to ensure that the history of Japanese Canadians’ detainment at Hastings Park and subsequent internment would not be forgotten. To that end, The Hastings Park Commemoration Project is reaching out to make sure that the names of all those detained at Hastings Park are included in a wall of names. Please forward the notice below that appeared in the latest NAJC bulletin to anyone you believe would want the information. Their website http://www.najc.ca/from_the_bulletin/update-on-hastings-park-project/.
